Employee mobility hospitality and hotel industry – Sponti-Car Mobé
The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz has recently offered its employees a sustainable and free mobility solution in cooperation with Sponti-Car (mobé). As part of a pilot project, an electric vehicle is available on the resort grounds that employees can use free of charge for up to three hours per month. The goal is to make modern mobility tangible, increase employee satisfaction, and at the same time reduce ecological impact by fewer parking spaces and shared vehicle use. As the first hotel in Switzerland with such a benefit, the resort sends a strong signal for sustainable employer attractiveness.
