Renault Zoe defect: 3 total failures – systematic error?
In our case three Renault Zoes failed simultaneously: Two have a defective charging system (filter module/onboard charger), one has a motor failure. Notably: The affected vehicles are almost identical in age – this raises the question of a possible systematic defect. With around 40 Zoes in the fleet, this is not a trivial problem for us.
Zum Glück replacement vehicles buffer the operation. We contacted Renault Switzerland directly and hope for a fair, generous solution – and that they prove themselves as a reliable fleet partner.
