Sponti-Car is so simple and inclusive
You only need an email address for the one-time registration. Afterwards you have several ways to use a car:
- Booking very easy by phone
- Fahrzeugöffnung with the SwissPass or your Sponti-Car card
- Analog ID check without Stripe (in person or by mail)
Many customers use Sponti-Car almost entirely without an app or smartphone. The car is ready directly in the village, and you drive from 5 francs per hour – electric and CO₂-neutral.
The most important factor: Personal support and willingness to help
We know from täglicher experience: technology alone is not enough. Many people especially need patience, clear explanations and personal support.
Therefore we take our time. We explain over the phone step by step, practice with the customers, help on site or find together the simplest solution. With a bit of effort and genuine willingness for good customer service, a perceived hurdle often becomes a positive experience.
That is exactly what matters to us: No one should have to give up mobility because of digitalisation.
