Accidents can unfortunately happen – the important thing is that you react correctly in an emergency. Here are the steps you should definitely follow:
Safety comes first: First secure the accident site. Place the warning triangle, turn on the hazard lights and put on your safety vest to protect yourself and others.
Provide first aid: Check if there are injured people, and provide first aid if necessary. Contact the emergency number (117) and describe the accident location and the situation as accurately as possible.
