Usage rules & notes
Since we repeatedly encounter the following 6 points, I want to remind you today how important it is that everyone follows the rules.
1. Use Hotline: For urgent questions or problems, call our hotline immediately 079 430 60 77
2. Report damages: Please report damages promptly with photos via email to info@sonti-car.ch report.
3. Return the vehicle clean: Leave the Sponti-Car as you would like to find it yourself.
4. Observe buffer time: Only bypass the buffer time in urgent cases.
5. Observe travel time: Use only the booked time to avoid delays for others.
6. Connect charging station: Always connect the vehicle to the charging station and, if needed, activate with the charging card/Badge.
