Pilot project Grand Resort Bad Ragaz

The employees of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz have been benefiting for some time from the possibility of free e-mobility. In cooperation with Sponti-Car, the resort has succeeded in making e-mobility accessible to everyone. The staff thus have the chance to become part of the electric mobility scene, experience a new driving experience and it is still free. This is part of the strategy to become a more modern and sustainable company.

So that as many employees as possible can get a taste for how it feels to drive electrically, Grand Resort has decided to enter into cooperation with Sponti-Car and acquire a vehicle for car sharing.

Flagship project that combines sustainability with state-of-the-art employee mobility.

Within the framework of a pilot project, Mobé and the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz a Sponti-Car directly stationed on the resort grounds. This, to provide the employees with a flexible and sustainable mobility solution. Each employee receives a monthly allocation of three hours, during which they can use an electric car free of charge for spontaneous trips or errands. This offer provides financial relief and increases the Mobility of the employees, without them needing their own car. The project should increase employee satisfaction and position the resort as an attractive employer.

For the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, the carsharing model means not only lower costs for parking spaces, but also an important step towards sustainability. Through shared use, the number of cars on the streets is reduced, and thus the ecological footprint of the resort is also lowered. Early experiences show that the concept is being adopted by the staff and has positive effects on flexibility and satisfaction.

The e‑car can be used for leisure activities, shopping, family visits and much more. «Many of our employees live in our staff accommodations and are not mobile», explains Astrid Kaiser.

The Sponti-Car is therefore a good and sustainable way to give our employees support for shaping their leisure time.» A big advantage that Sponti-Car offers is the appealing and simple concept.

The organization and administration as well as the maintenance of the vehicles is completely managed by Sponti-Car and relieves us of this effort.

Meanwhile, many employees have already set up a login and the feedback on Sponti-Car has been consistently very positive, as Astrid Kaiser reveals. «Yes, I have, of course, already taken a test drive», says Astrid Kaiser smiling, «but I naturally give priority to our employees and use it privately very rarely»
