Three in one go
No, I am not writing a comment on the fairy tale «the brave little tailor». The brave little tailor actually did not kill three, but seven flies on the jam bread. Who can still remember this story?
Not seven, but already three Renault Zoes have massive problems with us, respectively total failure. For two the charging system for the drive battery is defective. For the third a motor failure has been detected.
What worries me is that the vehicles with the identical problems in the charging system (filter module) are almost identical in construction. I wonder whether there might be a systematic defect. And I fear that this defect could also occur in our other Renault Zoes. We still have more than 40 units of Renault Zoes in operation.
All of this happening at the same time is very annoying. Fortunately we have at Sponti-Car sufficient replacement vehicles to keep the operation running.
What are your experiences with the Renault Zoe? Does anyone have similar insights into these problems?
Like the brave little tailor in the Märchen of the Gebrüder Grimm, we also do not let ourselves be discouraged. Für a generous solution we have now contacted Renault Switzerland. We are sure that Renault Group Switzerland will take the opportunity and present itself as a competent and zuverlässiger fleet supplier and an optimal Lösung for our problems.
