A particularly successful example is the new construction of the Vinothek von Salis in Maienfeld, which was ceremoniously eröffnet in May 2025. Through the successful implementation, a place was created that promotes both enjoyment and interaction fördert.

The historic winery of Salis, founded in 1994 by Andrea Davaz, is today among the leading enterprises in the Graubünden wine sector. With over 60 vine growers as well as its own vineyard areas in the Graubünden estate, Salis stands for the highest wine quality and sustainable production. Especially the many-awarded Pinot Noir «Levanti» impressively underscores the winery's high ambition.

As a sign of the successful cooperation during the construction phase, RALBAU AG provided the winery with a Sponti-Car. This environmentally friendly electric vehicle is available not only to the employees of von Salis, but also to the population in Maienfeld and the surrounding area for shared use. In doing so, an active contribution to sustainable mobility in the region is made.
